UPDATED: No UVVRP Until October 2 Except in Makati City By Online Staff Posted : 9/28/2009 The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced earlier that the number coding scheme in the metropolis would be suspended from September 28 (Monday) to October 2 (Friday). Meantime, in Makati City the coding is now back in implementation.
