Free Motorcycle Training Proposed By Online Staff Posted : 5/5/2009 Department of Transportation and Communications Assistant Secretary Reynaldo Berroya is proposing the revivial of the motorcycle rider course in light with the rising number of accident involving motorcycles. Berroya, who is also the president of the National Federation of Motorcycle Clubs of the Philippines and Lawin Motorcyclists Club stressed that the free training will help stop the growing number of motorcycle mishaps, adding that it will also educate those who do not have the proper training in handling these kind of vehicles.
