The Circulo del Mundo in Pasay By Online Staff Posted : 2/18/2008 Motorists heading off to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport or to Villamor Air Base can now expect a smooth travel upon the opening of the second rotonda in Pasay City. The new rotonda is offering a safe and fast drive going towards Tramo, the airport, Roxas Boulevard, C5 Road, South Superhighway and Fort Bonifacio. The Metro Manila Development Authority opened the first rotonda in the city last month and with the second one now open to vehicular flow, they are now both christened as Circulo del Mundo.
